Building a Solar Light?

Nate R asked:

I want to get some solar panels and hook them up to a 12v deep cycle battery. Then off of that run some 12v lighting.

I also want to build a second one for inside to charge flashlights and some electronics.

Where would I go to pickup some solar panels that would charge a 12v deep cycle battery? Where would I go to pickup some 12 volt lighting? Thanks.
