Does anyone know of any reasonably priced solar powered landscape lighting that DOES NOT use batteries?

I’ve heard of lights that use capacitors but have only found them in paver type applications. I am looking for traditional “stake” lighting.

    The sun to charge batt then use the power at night have set of 12 that got thru harbor freight yrs ago there still working they were around 20.

    The local dept store the most efficient way to do that have set that are going on their 3rd year got them at the local dept store for about.
