How can i make a water fountain, without using solar power, or electricity?

      For correct effect at fountain you may need water pressure reducer.
      An actual fountain you may need water supply with shut off nearby adjust water pressure reducer.
      For correct effect at fountain head plumbing from flower garden center or such plumb up to water pressure reducer.
