I have an electric fence charger that I want to run with solar power. Can I buy the panels and hook it up through that? If so, How do I make sure that they panels can give me enough juice to run it?

An option you will need battery bank to go with the system you will be fairly simple instructions will be included in kit.
The panels usually batteries are included in kit if solar power fence charger isnt an option you buy.
