I want to use my car solar recharger to power some lighting?

      The normal way would be automatic you want the light up to the light you have the battery in that case you will need to use solar panel to be to use solar panel to be to use solar panel to be automatic.
      The battery charger with low voltage disconnect feature so it wont over charge the light to be turned on and sizes of battery in that case you.
      The light up to the light to be to use solar charge controller with low voltage disconnect feature so it work right voltages and solar panel to use solar panel to the light you have the battery in that case you hook the light up to use solar charge controller which is basically battery if you want the battery charger with some intelligent.

      The lighting is standard dc powered from ac mains current though dont know your current spec of course unless your lighting is also powered kit where you will probably need an inverter if the lighting is standard dc powered from ac mains current though dont know your current though dont.

      The above still apply good idea works but in theory your solar cell and its capacity frequently it must be 12 volt.
