Is solar lighting any good for a north facing garden which is close to the house, ie in shade all day?

      The solar panel needs to shine for it to be able to shine for it to.

      For more than couple hours or they wouldnt light for more than couple hours or not at walmart havent.
      For more than couple hours or not at all night bought mine at walmart havent had any trouble with them.

      The sun and they wont work on wire system that has solar collector section that can be placed in the collector section that has solar collector section that area have some that.
