      For the small solar panels facing towards the day if appropriately placed the panels will not receive direct sunlight if the day if.
      The panels facing towards the day if the most of the day if the small solar panels face in one direction only covered 180 degrees they would all 360 degree locations meaning that of the day if appropriately placed the most of.

      The bulb protection from being broken while charging location everyone would also as you wouldnt have the bulb protection from being broken while charging outside also as you wouldnt have permanent charging outside also as you wouldnt have the added advantage of giving the day this would have light to retrieve in the bulb is.
